GiftQuest (gift.qrilo.app) is run by qrilo. By using GiftQuest you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

GiftQuest lets you wrap a digital gift in a short quest and share it by link or QR code. Creating and sharing quests is free.
Quest+ is an optional one-time purchase for a single quest (see below). There are no subscriptions.
We work to keep GiftQuest running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and features may change.

Accounts are for people aged 16 and over.
Keep your email and sign-in safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account and your owner keys.
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time in My quests → “Your data”.

What you put in a quest stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share the link with, only to run the service.
You are responsible for your quests and gifts, and for having the right to share them.
Don’t use GiftQuest for anything illegal, for phishing, malware, spam or scams, to harass anyone, or to share content that infringes other people’s rights or exploits minors.
We may remove a quest or block an account that breaks these rules; Quest+ for such a quest is not refunded. Report abuse with the link on any quest page.

Quest+ upgrades one quest: premium themes for the recipient, and the quest is not deleted by the 365-day retention rule — it stays for as long as GiftQuest runs, unless you delete it or it is removed under these terms. New Quest+ features may be added; a quest that already has Quest+ keeps what it was sold with.
The price is shown at checkout, including any taxes for your country. You pay once; nothing renews.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

GiftQuest is provided “as is”. Keep your own copy of anything important you put in a gift.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. If a change matters for you, we will say so on the site before it applies.
